Demon Lord Rima at level 65 in Zone 1's Rima's Spire. Only 4,000 HP solo and drops Iron Novice and Slime Lord armor sets plus a 1.77% chance at the Slime Katana.
Best boss for crafting materials
Ogre Lord drops Ogre Horns at 41.58% — the highest common-drop rate across all bosses. Found at level 255 in Zone 3's Goblin Ruins.
Best end-game boss
Monarch Statue at level 360+ in Zone 4's Shadow World. 160,000 HP solo or 300,000 HP in trio. Drops Sigil Fragment 42.02% and the Shadow Monarch at an unknown (???) rate.
Cheese strategy
You can farm Rima, Ogre Lord and Monarch from just outside their arenas using Mastery skills. The Boss Information page notes this doesn't work on King Sinbad because of his arena shape.

Which Boss Should You Farm First in Slime Seas?
- Demon Lord Rima (Lvl 65, 4,000 HP) — first real boss. Iron Novice and Slime Lord armor drop here.
- King Sinbad (Lvl 160, 15,000 HP) — drops the Thornblade Greatsword. Note: cheesing from outside the arena doesn't work on him.
- Ogre Lord (Lvl 255, 45k solo / 90k trio) — Ogre Horns at 41.58%, plus rare Doomblade, Gilded Leviathan, and Monarch's Scythe.
- Monarch Statue (Lvl 360+, 160k solo / 300k trio) — end-game. Drops Shadow Steel and Igris sets plus four extreme-rare weapons.
Demon Lord Rima — Drops and Strategy
Rima is the first proper boss, located at Rima's Spire in the Slime Forest zone at level 65. Uses a Katana style. 4,000 HP solo makes her farmable by almost any mastery. Top drops: Wing Flaps (35.5%), Iron Novice Pants (23.66%) and Chestplate (17.75%), Slime Lord Pants (12.42%) and Chestplate (8.87%), Slime Katana (1.77%).
King Sinbad — Drops and Strategy
Sinbad is the second boss, at Sinbad's Keep (Island 6, The Dunes) at level 160. 15,000 HP solo. He wields the Thornblade Greatsword and drops it to players. You also get Sinbad's Tail plus the Copper Novice and Thorn armor sets. Published drop rates are not yet on the Trello page.
Ogre Lord — Drops and Strategy
Ogre Lord sits at Ogre Lord's Bastion (Island 9, Goblin Ruins) at level 255. 45,000 HP solo or 90,000 in a trio raid. He wields the Doomblade (Greatsword). Ogre Horns at 41.58% make him the premier mid-to-late-game farm for crafting inputs. Rare drops at 0.51% include the Doomblade, Gilded Leviathan, and Monarch's Scythe, plus the unspecified-rate Shadow Scythe.
Monarch Statue — Drops and Strategy
Monarch Statue is the fourth and current end-game boss at level 360+ in the Shadow World zone. 160,000 HP solo or 300,000 HP in a trio raid. He wields the Eternal Wraith Blade. Drops include the Shadow Steel and Igris armor sets plus four super-rare weapons at 0.17% (Amethyst Avenger, Hollow Wraith Blade, Necroshade) and one unspecified-rate drop (Shadow Monarch).
